I've had several trainers thru the years. My trainer George, is very knowledgeable about what each muscle does and is aware of what I want to achieve. He explains what each excerize is targeting and works with me during each set to make sure each is doing the most. He's not distracted by what's going on around us. I had a trainer that was more interested in a mirror and how his hair looked!

I love the les mills classses! Particularly those taught by Michele F., and Stephanie N. My strength and endurance have dramatically increas ed. Their classes are engaging and fun while we are working hard. And if you are open to feedback on proper form, these 2 are particularly great at helping! Proper form prevents injury!

Fitness Factory has all of the equipment for a great workout. Classes are taught by excellent instructors and the overall experience there is great. All ages and workout levels welcome!
I like that the staff is very friendly, the gym is clean and the way the gym is setup is perfect.. I do wish they would look at the sauna in the mens room as it seems like only one side of the coils gets hot.

I love everything about powerhouse. The la carte options. The amount of machinery, the cleanliness. Of there was a tibia machine in the novi location it would seal the deal. That is the only machine missing from novi. Northville has a tibia machine. Honestly no other gym in michigan that I have been to has the tibia machine except for northville
