I like the facility, friendly staff and I really like the sauna at the end of my workout!
They continue to make enhancements to the facility and grounds and have everything I want in a gym. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

I enjoy power house gym. It’s always clean. There’s always a janitor cleaning. Every time I go there. It’s not too crowded. Good machines, good atmosphere and good gains.
Friendly staff clean great selection of weights and machines used the studio room today too. Sauna is a huge plus.
I like the core exercise class on Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8:30. So I can get on with

The warm pool is wonderful for seniors to exercise in. we love using it. And the hot tub is great and I love the steam room.
Cant beat the classes included in the membership. Also the machines are superior to most gyms I've tried.

Clean gym, nice and friendly staff, the manager runs a tight ship, in a good way! Despite the over crowding, the atmosphere is still welcoming.
I will add we need more machines. Gyms in the surrounding area are closing, and that means more memberships, but that should also translate to more machines. Appreciate the second smith machine but another squat rack, fly/peck machine, incline barbell, and a hack squat. Been to Rockaway and they, just about, have two of of the same or similar machines! Still a 10-out of -10 from me!
