I truly enjoy my trainer Nicki. She makes me feel comfortable and gives me great instruction on how to complete my exercises.
I love the clean format of the gym, the new equipment, the large open space, and I really enjoy the amenities like the track area, the stretch area, the large arsenal of weight-lifting machines/equipment, the pool, the sauna, and the friendliness of gym representatives.

I feel authentically welcomed when I walked into Fitness Factory. All of the staff is very helpful. Also, the variety of machines, weights, and fitness classes is impressive.
The young lady at the front desk is very professional. The facility is very well-managed. The atmosphere is calming. The New Providence location is problematic. It is unfortunate that I have decided to drive back to Bergen County for a wellness experience. I live within walking distance of the New Providence location near Nokia (what used to be Bell Labs, AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent)/Murray HIll train station.

Lots of machines, great layout, good size turf area and class room. Men’s locker room has been a little dirty lately

Never too crowded because there are a lot of machines, racks, etc. trainers are very friendly and welcoming. The locker rooms are well kept, clean, and spacious.

I’ve said a couple of times before-=Linda’s classes fit my needs plus she gives great directions for form and modifications.
The ladies locker room is always very well maintained.
Suggestions- we need new mats in the studio. I bring my own, but some that the club offers have big bites taken out of them.
Also, maybe a “ no shoes” sign would be more effective INSIDE the sauna- not everyone reads the signage outside .

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Fitness Factory Holmdel. It’s large and spread out, newer, high-quality equipment and they’re always adding new pieces. The staff is terrific. Always a steady flow of people, but never overcrowded.

I like that you feel comfortable doing your exercise and noone makes you feel uncomfortable. Staff are always willing to help . And I love this Gym .

The gym is clean, staff is very friendly, spacious so you don’t feel like everyone is on top of each other, and lots of equipment for options if you are waiting for something specific.
Courteous, polite, and respectful. However, members need to reminded to put the weights back when there done.
