I’ve been a member for 15 years or so. It’s like an extended family. It’s not just a place to get a phenomenal workout in but it’s a place where community and relationships are built as well.

As I walked into the MAC I was instantly greeted with a warm smiles and faces. It made me instantly feel like I was back home. Back in my old community. I’m grateful to everyone there.

My husband and I signed up for the gym couple weeks ago , right after that we got our first assignment with Tylor , he was so professional and clear about the personal trainer that we were interested. And we actually signed up right of way. My husband is is training with him and I am with Julie’s ! She’s so amazing and I love working out with her ! She is a great coach same as Taylor. 10 of 10 to the gym and the staff !! Gym is clean , great environment and awesome workers there.
I had provided feedback previously through the Fitness Factory app and never received a response. There were a lot of suggestions in that feedback as it relates to all the expansion that is going on now. Please find that and provide your thoughts. Regards from Piyush Last name removed
Everything is so good that I like to go to this gym almost everyday.
I love the convenience of having a gym near me where the desk staff is genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming.
I love that I can go to the gym when I feel like it, knowing that it is open, safe, clean, and the equipment is well maintained.
I like the Silver Sneakers program that is offered for those 65 and above. It is a very welcoming atmosphere.
Equipment is varied and well maintained. Gym is always clean and tidy. Staff is approachable and polite.

It has a complete set of equipment for strength training, all clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful and members are polite and congenial. So all in all it's a fine, well-run gym.
I just joined this gym, they have been so kind and I love the work out classes!
Like it a lot very accommodating workers are nice do their job gym is kept clean in the lockers and on the gym floor no weights scattered very nice gym
Clean environment
Facility is well lit and spacious. Equipment is top notch. Classes need some work. Teachers should 'teach' class and not use it is as his/her work out.
Gym is located close to home and has all the equipment that is needed for all gym goers.

Finally got some new kit in the gym and nice to “play around” with it.
Love the classes. Wish lesmills classes were back. More shape classes needed. Facility is always clean unlike novi. Main classroom floor is never "sticky". Desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Disappointing the juice bar closed.
This is the best gym I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly. Kevin, Avi, Brian, Tyler, David at the front desk are always friendly and always have a smile. They are willing to help with any question I have had. And Johnny the manager is also great and very approachable. Overall the gym is clean with plenty of equipment.
I love the water aerobics! The locker room is also nice. Friendly front desk. Wonderful class instructors.
