The gym is very clean, staff is friendly and he gym doesn’t smell!
Sauna and whirlpool although dissatisfied with frequent shutdowns of whirlpool. The whirlpool is old and needs to be replaced.

Clean. Staff are helpful. Plenty of equipment. Open 24 hrs. except few major holidays. Ihave been going to gyms for decades. This is the best.
Family here, kids loved the river pool. My daughter l-in-law attended my Strength Training class and water aerobics. She enjoyed both.
Kristin's classes are wonderful. She really watches to ensure that everyone is keeping proper form to avoid injury. She mixes up the routines and she plays great music too! Great workouts and lots of fun!

The staff is very friendly and inviting. I spent 35 years working in the fitness industry. I have seen a decline in club culture in gyms that I joined. So far, I am very happy. The guy that works In the morning Mon-Fri is an asset to your gym. Deb is great!!

The newtown facility is terrible compared to new Milford. You should be ashamed by disparity.

Variety of choices for cardio and weight - lifting. Very clean premises - this is an important feature.
Couple of suggestions -
Please train all staff how to change channels on TVs, not all of them are familiar.
Some of the old tread mills are flawed in speed.
Lastly, for members who have been there for years, may be some discount?
