Good quiet gym to work out at.
Clean, machines always work and love the location making it easy to get there every other day. Best gym in my over 40 years of "gyming". The only gripe is the socializing that is done while the members sit on the machine. It can go on for 15 minutes at times holding up the machines. Do we need a socializing designated area? Such as a picnic table/bench nearby?
My personal trainer Hernan has been really helpful and will answer questions about training.

Really good gym with good equipment and plenty of space. It would help to keep people off their phones for extended periods between series or reps.
Super clean and a great spot. I just joined at Powerhouse Novi and will definitely be coming to the Northville location as it is very clean and has an overall relaxed energy to it. Front desk staff was also super helpful.
I am to get in and out with no problem..I also like that everything is available to me once I get in the gym..
Very clean, variety of machines
First of all, Thanks for the services provided since my signed up. I like the size of the gym…..it’s big enough that each person can enjoy his/her space. The cleanliness, along with a sanitation wipe to clean the equipment after use.
The smell is not bad either. The music and the television screen. Everything is ok from my point of view. Customer service is ok and provided upon request.
I’m enjoying myself since I signed up.

Excellent gym. Great atmosphere, equipment in very good condition, and very friendly staff. I feel very comfortable working out here and recommend it 100%⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very nice facility. Areas for improvement: I think the music is too loud ranging from 75-80 db. I think most are either listening to their own stuff through headphones or want is quiet. The music does not cover the other inherent noise it just adds to the chaos and make the experience unpleasant. You also have a hand dryer (men's locker room) that was not fixed properly and emits extremely loud sound that actually hurts your ears. It is near 95db a dangerous level.
Also, the members locking lockers overnight is a constant problem. It would be great if there was a regular sweep every night to open and re-set lockers that have been "claimed". And if there is evidence of who the culprits are, charge them a fine equal to the charge for having a personal locker. Second offense double the cost.
I think there needs to be more management by walking around. Walking around and taking note of things that need attention would solve many of the problems.
