Hi, the fact that the gym is self is not too large and not too little. It’s just the right size and it has various unique equipment for me to get various amount of workouts in the exercise exercises and I love the fact that it has very functional leg extensions very effective leg machines and also even a cardiovascular aerobic room and aerobic room has a boxing backs to it. I really enjoyed it. I enjoy the atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like it’s a dejected type of environment. It feels like everybody is in their own world. Everybody wants to see everybody succeed in this very amount of ages there from young old, different races, different trees. I just enjoy the environment and I enjoy the fact you guys have different type of equipment. There are different type of cardio equipment there from tall bikes to recommend bikes to treadmills to stair masters, even a climbing type of cardio equipment so I enjoy that and also I enjoy the service. I enjoy the death service. It’s very nice. The fact you guys have smoothies available is also very nice and even the lockers. The locker room is very nice. Overall I’m thankful for this gym, I like it I will be recommending friends, family, and everybody to come here and the biggest thing is that you are 24 hours keep doing what you’re doing.

The gym is very clean and offers a lot of equipment.
Friendly employees, yet the spinning classes would be much better if the instructors each had their personal playlist, as opposed to a cookie cutter playlist… the RAP music at 5:15am is a big loser! Electronic hype music would be more productive for a workout!
I have already gotten two families and one singular friend to join. Love that it has a bit of everything.

Lots of machines & large variety. Well maintained facility, always being cleaned. Friendly, helpful staff.
The staff is amazing treat me like family. I’d like to see a more proactive approach to the cell phone use. I get it not an easy thing to tackle but maybe have an employee walking around and when they notice someone idled on equipment they say something. Just the other day my son and I did 5 sets each while a kid on the platform next to use scrolling without doing a set. Thanks for letting me vent.
