Big space with lots of equipment. employees need to peruse training floor more regularly to put accessories away that lazy patrons don’t.
Also it needs to be stressed that weight plates need to be stripped off of equipment after each use.

Sauna is renovated and always 180+, lots of free weights including 6+ barbell benches, dumbbells are in very good shape, they replaced a lot of the barbell plates. There’s always a free treadmill.
I like that the yoga classes fit into my schedule. Also that the facility is quite nice and allows me take advantage of many more services.
I enjoy the staff who genuinely want to do well. I have had many incidents where the pool temperature becomes cold but we are always told the team monitors it regularly and they minimize the feedback. I seriously distrust this and have found that after multiple complaints the pool becomes warmer for a short time. Please publish the standard process and the temps you feel are adequate and let the membership weigh in.
