Staff is very friendly
The fitness Factory site in New Jersey is great. The machinery is always clean, functional and available with minimal wait time if any on others using them. The place is huge and roomy, like some other gyms you don't feel like people are invading your personal space while you go through your routine. I might add, the view of the Manhattan skyline is a great distraction as well! Highly recommend the place for a great workout in a very comfortable atmosphere.
Guys at the check-in counter were super nice and helped me set up my account and informed me of the new app. The gym offers a vast variety of fitness equipment with multiple different rooms if you want a more private workout experience. The women’s locker room was very clean as well, big plus!

The music is annoyingly loud sometimes 85db. It absolutely spoils the atmosphere. It appears the desk people control the music. 90% of the young people have headphones or earbuds on. The rest of us just want to work out without loud music. This is the only powerhouse that cannot control the music volume.
Many other guests in the afternoon complain about the volume. If you could fix this permanently I would recommend the gym.

Great atmosphere. Love the set up and the multitude of machines. I had a great assessment with Erol and I feel more confident about my fitness journey now that I know where I am at and where I need to be.

The gym is probably the best one in Torrington in my opinion. The staff is also great.

Friendly staff (especially the red haired girl who is there during the evening), very clean, and members seem to have proper gym etiquette. I enjoy the conveniences such as Apple Watch syncing with cardio machines, toilet seat covers, personal TV’s on each cardio machine and built in locks on the lockers. I appreciate the layout; it seems as if a woman designed it. I do not feel uncomfortable. Examples: weight machines are placed to give privacy and many to choose from, the woman’s locker room is just as you enter, the cardio equipment is on a separate floor and spaced out comfortably. I was hesitant to pay the cost, but I am happy to pay it every month. I will never go to a 10-20 dollar gym ever again.

Very close to our home- so can arrive quickly. Always clean. Restrooms are spotless. Never wait long if at all to use chosen machine.

Clean facility and modern.
There’s a wide selection of classes. All of the instructors are terrific. Really enjoy the classes that Travis, Jacque, Shania, Katrina, Kortney, and Jen teach. The front desk staff are very nice also. Glad someone is hired to clean the dust and sweat drops off the machines. Would be nice to have a kettlebell class that isn’t so early in the morning. Something different besides body pump. Thanks for your services.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Good clean gym. Needs more hammer strength equipment. Having like one hammer for chest is crazy. One freestanding cable set is not enough either. Keep updating equipment.
