Up to date Nautilus machines/lifting equipment, 24/7 access, more variety of Nautilus machines/lifting equipment.
I love everything about it
Club 24 gym is well staffed and has an array of free weights which you don't get at other gyms, in addition to traditional machines. There is a green cross fit style room, also, for private workouts and a massage chair section for recovery!
Its just great! Plain and simple. All equipments are good, get updates regularly, new treadmills. Just too good. I have recommended to everyone i know to join clubmetro!
