Cleanliness and great instructors
I love getting to the MAC for a couple of hours several times a week. I feel better, and I enjoy the members that I see and visit with regularly. All this makes for good life quality in my later years.
And of course underpinning this is the excellent equipment, well-maintained, and staff members who are always friendly and helpful.

Gym has everything I need and I like that it opens early. Lots of cardio equipment and the staff is always super nice.
Equipment is adequate and hours are good. Location is phenomenal as well as the customer service, especially Michelle at front desk.
Great place, clean, and not too crowded. The owners are hands on, they’re personal trainers as well which is amazing. My son and his wife cancelled their membership in lifetime gym and joined FF. My wife will be joining as well.

I like the heart smart class on monday with schanaya and wednesday with Kate. Also the chair yoga is good. I like the pools. The recreation pool however is too cold.I like the steam room too.
Nice equipment, clean, nice staff, ample parking... Something should be done about cell\camera phones on the floor and locker rooms. At any given time half of the equipment is being sat on while members are using their cell phones. At other times equipment is being unused while members are talking or taking turns holding down the equipment or leaving personal items on the equipment. A time limit should be imposed. Cell phones should be banned and the ban should be implemented. Many gyms ban cell/camera phones in the locker room.

Good clean gym. Needs more hammer strength equipment. Having like one hammer for chest is crazy. One freestanding cable set is not enough either. Keep updating equipment.

Staff is very friendly
The fitness Factory site in New Jersey is great. The machinery is always clean, functional and available with minimal wait time if any on others using them. The place is huge and roomy, like some other gyms you don't feel like people are invading your personal space while you go through your routine. I might add, the view of the Manhattan skyline is a great distraction as well! Highly recommend the place for a great workout in a very comfortable atmosphere.
Guys at the check-in counter were super nice and helped me set up my account and informed me of the new app. The gym offers a vast variety of fitness equipment with multiple different rooms if you want a more private workout experience. The women’s locker room was very clean as well, big plus!

The music is annoyingly loud sometimes 85db. It absolutely spoils the atmosphere. It appears the desk people control the music. 90% of the young people have headphones or earbuds on. The rest of us just want to work out without loud music. This is the only powerhouse that cannot control the music volume.
Many other guests in the afternoon complain about the volume. If you could fix this permanently I would recommend the gym.
It's a friendly, well run club. It's clean, and well maintained. Also thanks for the new spin bikes!!
