They have plenty of options, clean facilities and kind workers.
Value for money. However i do have a few suggestions
1) keep the turnover of trainer to the minimum.
2) include more cardio in the mix - no yoga style stretches please. Less of weights more of ropes, box jumps, bike, rower medicine ball and jump ropes
3) i have noticed we start late and end early - like to see we start on time and provide a full 50-55 min of activity.
4) new supplies - bands, jump ropes , med balls needed
5) overall cleanliness has dropped off late. love to see the area mopped atleast once a day

Space, variety in equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy parking and lots of duplicate equipment. We’ve been going to Powerhouse for almost 10 years parts with trainers. Highly recommend.
I like that it's never crowded so the equipment is usually open. It's smaller, but the staff is always available and friendly.
