Water aerobics classes are awesome. Instructors are very caring about people's limitations. The women's locker rooms are very clean. The water temperature is very comfortable!
Great range of equipment, generally clean facilities
It would be very nice to get another 1 or 2 dual-cable cross machines. There's always a wait to get a spot with just the two available today.
Torn upholstery replaced in a more timely manner. Some benches have been torn for at least 2-3 months without repair. Normally, I would expect a repair like that to be completed within 2 weeks.
For some reason, there seems to be a shortage of 45lb plates. There are not enough extra plates throughout the gym. Almost every time whether I am in the power room, benches, or on the plate machines, I am running across the gym to get plates. It is exercise, but annoying :)
Please keep a monthly check on the cable machine ropes and handles. They tend to break or walk around the gym and end up coming into scarcity too often.
At the Rhino cable squat machine. A box to hold an extra set of attachments. I find that people grab attachments from the cable machines to use on this machine and then leave them back there. Ends up less to go around at the cable machines unless you know where to go hunt for them.
The sinks in the men's restroom. The first sink has very little water pressure/flow, nearly non-functional. The next two, while better, need more water or pressure. Only the last sink works great

All the instructors are very friendly and helpful. I found Chase to be very, very nice. The place is also beautiful so clean I wouldn’t dream of going to any other gym.

I love everything about the gym. I don’t think I’d change a thing. Of course, for me, first and foremost would be my training with Gabe. I’ve never had a trainer like him who inspires me to be my best self, including trainers during my 12 years of membership at 2 or 3 Equinox locations.

Clean lots of equipment and machines
The Montana Athletic Club is by far the best facility I have been a member of in over 30 years of working out. Doug and Nancy don’t let a month go by without doing something to make the place better…it’s truly amazing.

The convenient location to the office. The friendliness of the staff. How the facility is maintained. (Although, the men's shower ceilings need to be repainted.) The overall value is great.
