I like the staff that environment and the location is so good. I can go to the gym and pickup groceries,shop for clothes or go out to eat within walking distance right after. The gym is clean and has a great view of the city and the Hudson River for those intense cardio workouts. The cardio equipment is positioned directly infront of that beautiful view.

The classes are fabulous - great variety and choices of days/times! The instructors are amazing..especially Kelly (10 Rounds), Stephanie (Zumba -Tuesday), Jessica (Tuesday Cardio Barre) and Aiko (zumba).
I like that there is a women's only section upstairs for weights, etc.

What’s not to like? Everything is awesome! I have had my locker stuck on a lot of occasions, and tanning is hard to do since only two beds but overall it’s been a great experience
