Friendly Staff. Great gym equipment, although the middle section is getting a little too crowded with equipment. The bench presses and the leg presses are practically on top of each other.
I prefer the group classes.

The equipment is awesome, the gym is well kept and cleaned everyday morning through night. The sauna is always piping hot love it.
I love the yoga classes! The gym is also very clean and has all the equipment I need.
I like that it's clean, they have a lot of cool leg machines that you don't find in other popular gyms, and they just added more. I just wish they fix the hip abduction machine, its been broken for awhile now

Very clean
Powerhouse has the latest exercise machines which is easy to use. If you need assistance, Powerhouse also have trainers to assist you with your needs. The Gym is always kept clean along with the bath and the locker rooms. This is my 2nd year at the gym . I will highly recommend this gym to family and friends.

I liked the women only circuit training room. The locker rooms are clean and the gym is very spacious- plenty of room and I didn’t have to wait to use anything.

As someone who is not a fan of gyms or working out I look forward to going to Fitness Factory. The facility itself is very clean which is important to me. There is always someone mopping the floors or wiping down the equipment. There are so many machines and different options to work with you can never say it's too crowded. I've taken some of the classes and they are fun while also grueling! They also participate with different insurance plans so price shouldn't be a reason not to attend. I've recommended Fitness Factory to many of my friends.
I love the Novi gym it has everything I need to get a complete workout. The service is great the gym is clean, the only small issue that I have is I would like it to go back to being a 24/7 gym.
