I love everything about the gym. I don’t think I’d change a thing. Of course, for me, first and foremost would be my training with Gabe. I’ve never had a trainer like him who inspires me to be my best self, including trainers during my 12 years of membership at 2 or 3 Equinox locations.

The Montana Athletic Club is by far the best facility I have been a member of in over 30 years of working out. Doug and Nancy don’t let a month go by without doing something to make the place better…it’s truly amazing.

The new remodel is really nice, however, the old tile doesn't go with the style of the remodel.
Fitness Factory is truly such a wonderful gym! ESPECIALLY in comparison to the horror that it was when it was Retro. I like to get to the gym first thing in the morning, and it's so great to know that the morning guy is going to be there right on time, every single day, like clockwork. With the Retro it was a crap shoot whether someone would show up even in the first hour or two!
Also, I absolutely love the fact that on the rare occasion that a machine is broken, it'll be fixed in a couple of days...with Retro there are machines that literally were not fixed for months! Same with the toilets, there was a urinal that was broken for over a year when it was Retro, can you believe that?
But putting aside all the stuff about the previous gym, on its own, Fitness Factory is a great place to work out here great staff, great equipment, which seems like it's totally brand new, and great layout. I would enthusiastically recommend Fitness Factory to anyone!
The set up is convenient. People friendly.
I like the folks who work there. The equipment is pretty good and clean. I haven't taken many classes, but I did take a couple and they were great -- challenging and achievable. And most of all, I love my trainer Taylor. He's amazing!

Well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gym etiquette is enforced. Great place to work out in the morning without being over packed.
Friendly staff. Elbow room between stations (for the most part). Only complaint would be the sauna in the men’s locker room seems to be out of commission…a lot! Then to find out the women’s is hardly ever down. 🤔
