Elements has It’s a quiet spa like atmosphere and friendly staff. There are over a dozen different therapists to try. I love Mary. She is so skilled in different techniques to help my
stiff neck and hip pain. She is also mindful of my fibromyalgia and arthritis pain. I’ve gone twice a month for over a year. This consistency has greatly improved my pain and overall well being!

I love the Broomfield location! I was there recently and the whole staff was awesome and my massage therapist, Rachel, was FABULOUS!! I swear sometimes she could sense my tender muscles before I could tell her the spot was going to be tender. Can’t wait to have another session with her and get my daughter in for one too!!

Warm, welcome, cordial staff at the front desk. My appointment ran on-time. My therapist introduced themselves and was sensitive to my needs. I walked in with a terrible headache and walked out with no pain. 10/10 - would recommend Peter (LMT) and the Bellevue Elements team.

The atmosphere was very serene and comfortable. The front desk associate was very kind and helpful. My massage therapist Anita was wonderful. She listened to my issues and targeted the specific areas that I requested. She has a very calm aura about her and I can’t wait for my next visit.
