Anthony was terrific, the checkin people were friendly. My only critique would be that the lobby felt a little cramped and loud, didnt really put me in a relaxed mood for my massage.

Olivia is the best. She is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is really what keeps me coming back. I also really appreciate the flexibility of the membership plan. I think one thing that is a bummer that would prevent me from recommending Elements to people is that, without the membership, the prices are very expensive. I know for a lot of people, a massage at this prices is not only inaccessible, but not worth it.
