Friendly coaches, great communication (emails).
I'm getting this survey prior to taking the actual class. Based on the customer service experience, it has been really good, but I would not REALLY recommend this to someone unless I had the class experience

We love the curriculum that is given, low class size, and friendliness of the staff.
Inconsistent teaching styles and too many differences in what is being taught from one instructor to another. There is no consistency from one instructor to the next and from one class to the next.
I really feel that my daughter is learning. I love the structured approach you take.
Not disappointing, but I don't have many friends that are interested in swimming. I thought our instructor, Rachael was very thorough. It would be nice to have a lap pool for practice and a larger locker room.

Classes are small so strict ion on technique can be focused. No hurry to move to next step.

My kids learned more in one day at BD then a year at another swim organization -- I'm so excited my children are swimming!!!
Being an adult learning to swim for the first time I appreciated the patients,yet firmness of my instructor. At first I thought her pace was a little fast but without her willingness to push me, while talking me through and encouraging me I wouldn't have learned two helpful techniques that I previously didn't know and when I was able to finally execute them it built up my confidence tremendously . Just the beginning of the journey but I'm encouraged to continue and feel confident in my instructor's ability to coach me through to my reaching my goal.
Improve the locker room/changing area
The locker rooms need an update.
no female children in the mens bathroom over the age of 6, no excuses. a larger facility
