Yeah, the guy that was here and did the home inspection was very polite, courteous and quite knowledgable.

Doug is very thorough and points out maintenance or repair items for my buyers to do or watch without “alarming” them even if they aren’t necessarily major things for the inspection request list. I appreciate that. And it’s assuring for first time buyers.

Appointment had to be rearranged due to inspector illness, but re-scheduling was done very promptly. Inspector was on time, patient in answering questions and accommodating in dealing with access to inspect attic insulation.
I would have preferred to answer the survey after receiving the report, but from the conduct of the appointment I'm confident I would recommend Amerispec for this work.
