I got the Bldg. inspection report and show it to my contractor everything in the report check and estimate as close as possible and show it to the seller and was able to get another discount. I would recommend this company for a thorough inspection of the house

Inspector Shawn Thomas, is very responsible person. This is 3rd time that i using AmeriSpec inspection services.
Dave was prompt in his arrival to said property (early). He respectfully introduced himself, and proceeded to give a briefing of what his inspection would entail. I greatly appreciated his willingness to educate me on his purpose. He took his time and meticulously examined the property. Upon completion of the inspection, Dave spent an adequate amount of time covering his findings with me. I found him to be knowledgeable, energetic, and friendly.
