Bill Lucas provides knowledge and professionalism with each home inspection and breaks down the inspection for the buyer very clearly in person and in his written report. Bill is punctual on arrival of all inspections and has a very fast turn around in delivering the report.

We had inspections done at two different properties and both Jorge and Doug were fantastic. They were thorough and did a great job explaining everything to us.
