YES YES and YES.
The guy that was supposed to give me an estimate drove past my house and didn’t stop. I thought he was going to make a U-turn and turned back around. He never did. 40 minutes later, I called the company to see what was talking this guy so long. They try to track him down, and then he called making all kinds of excuses why he couldn’t stop. But he drove by and refused to stop.
Considering that I have to drive from my house at Fort Washington 45 miles away for this appointment. I’ve been using you guys since 2015,. With this kind of attitude that the guy displayed, I’m ABSOLUTELY certain that I’m not going to do any business with the Beltway Builders EVER again.
Also I will NEVER refer anyone to
Beltway Builder.

They did not show up on time and I needed to leave. I was told they would arrive between 2:30 and 4 p.m. and they did not arrive until after 4 and I was not at home when they got here. Please cancel me and do not contact me again.

My husband and I are so happy and extremely satisfied with the wonderful job Beltway Builders did on the refurbishing of our cedar siding, hardwood replacement, complete painting and new gutters for our home. Our Project Manager from start to finish was Dave Posner. We could not have been happier with Dave. His attention to detail concerning our project was something you just don’t see with companies doing work on your home. We were so fortunate to work with Dave. He made it a clean and stress free job, we are so grateful. Thank you so much.

The staff arrived on time and completed the services as described to me. The staff were friendly and considerate of the tenants living space and made sure the fridge is assessable and that I had running water. They answered my questions and got in and out quickly with the mitigation work on my first floor.

I had an appt with them for Oct 21, 11:30AM - 1:00PM. Beltway Builders did not show up.

Patricia was very helpful and I enjoyed meeting her. But we had a second contractor quote the job and they beat Patricia's estimate by $500. In addition we reviewed reviews for both companies and looked at the Better Business Bureau. Your company had 97 "don't recommend" reviews on Yelp. The other contractor only had 5. Their rating is 5, your's is around 2.6. As much as I liked Patricia, I'm not comfortable using your company. We have gone with the other contractor.
