What I like the "Most" thus far, is the personality, honesty of Jeff regarding the assessment of my needs/or lack of the need to replace my windows. He is NOT here to sell me new windows just because, I think I may need them. My most recent inquiry is to replace a Contractor Door. He was very thorough with explaining ever aspect of my needs and he was very up front with the crazy cost.
As the saying goes: "It is what it is". These are crazy times we are living in right now.
My need to have an Energy Efficient exit door to my garage is important!
The office staff (Lisa) was able to set up my appointment and sent me an email confirmation very quickly. She was also very accommodating and oh so pleasant.
So, in closing; If you need a company to replace your Doors and/or windows, look no further!

Didn't like the reviews for Allied Restoration. Either one star or five stars. Sounds fishy. Customer service didn't cancel my appointment for estimate even though I contacted the company well in advance.

The staff are polite, friendly and organized. They make me feel like I have made the right choice especially Aaron. No concerns about poor quality work or overcharging. I will recommend to others and continue using your services at my home.
Prompt resonse
My job was just to have a couple of nails placed in a few spots in my hardwood. When he stated that he would have to commit an entire crew to this project and it would cost around $1200, that didn’t seem to be reasonable. Nothing against the gentleman who came by the house at all. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It just too much for my project.
Honest, not upselling, trying to find solutions
The estimate was ridiculous. 7000 dollars for a window. I needed two basement casement windows. Total 13,900 dollars. I felt insulted and it was a big waste of time. No thanks!
I have made two appointments and took off work and both times your rep didn’t show up. The second missed appointment, the rep didn’t even call.

The fact that I declined the estimate because it was to high the estimater began to imply negatively in regards to others that might give a better estimate price. That revealed to me that I will not work your company. To put down others to get a job is very unprofessional. Thank you.

Your price was more than double a price I had previously gotten.
I had mentioned I had a budget of $1000.00 or less the estimate was a little over $1200.00 , he slipped the estimate to $1092.00 which I thought was fair but a few more contractors coming to give quotes. Final decision has not been made yet.

The consultation and remedy of my home door. Prices are extreme and recommended fix was to replace and not repair. I had another company that consulted with a totally different approach to repair and prices reasonable.
