When will you be here?
I didn't receive the written cost estimate.
To expensive
Called set appointment up with a women over the phone told me Paul would be my tech and I would get an email before he arrived with a photo. The day and time comes and no one shows. I call back they say they have no idea who I am and i am not in their system. A manager comes out take measurements the same day super nice to try to fix what ever happend. She sends me an email the same day. We expressed wanting to get the ball rolling fast. I emailed the Manger back 2 separate times. Then called 2 days later to see what happened again. She says no emails received on her end. I don't want to chase people for work to be done so I chose another company after 2 separate failures on the companies part. I need reliability
Price is giving me pause..
Good customer service
The estimate given for my tree trimming was twice the price of another tree trimming company. It was only 2, very small job.
I went with the other company
My job was all labor charges. 1200.00 was too much for this job.

The representative who came to our home was on time, efficient in noting our needs, and prompt in providing an estimate for the work we need to have performed. The estimate was complete to our request, concise and understandable.

The Project Manager, Bill Mitchell, was prompt and arrived at the expected time, previously connected with my family and I through a telephone conversation, was professional, knowledgeable and educated concerning products and services available. He was reassuring as it relates to the value that we are expecting as homeowners.
Our Marvin Infinity windows were installed almost a year and we are very happy with them. We recently received a quote for a replacement sliding glass door from Woodland. We were very happy with the workmanship of our window installation and we're confident the sliding glass door will be installed with equal attention to detail.

The project estimator, Glenn, showed limited interest in the particulars of my project, from a customer relations/service prospective. He took down the basics, but did little to draw me into the specifics of the project. I did receive back a quote in a very timely manner that was significantly higher than all the other quotes that I received.
Make repair of leaky roof, have direct contact with project managers when problems arrive so things move along asap. Provide customers a list of the contractors who do the work so when issues arise the correct persons are involved in solving problems.
Appreciate the expert, low pressure salespeople and the ability to see products in the showroom.
The sales reps are professional and allow the customer decide what they prefer ….no pressure sales ;offer good advice. Great knowledge of products and procedures. However could be better on communicated timelines start to finish.
