Service is too expensive. The same job can be done by Home Depot or Lowe's for a lower cost.

I was grateful that someone came out and took a look at the issues that I have. I do have the estimate. It has been turned into Baltimore gas and electric claims Department. I still don't know what they are going to cover. I am waiting to hear. Right now I can't do anything else except wait.

The price point was three times the cost of another company.
I never heard back from them. They stated they would come to the house, we never saw them or heard from them again???

I have no idea if you do good work i have no idea if you do timely work. the only thing i have seen so far is you want a third upfront. it seems presumptuous to me for you to ask me to rate you before you have done any work.
I think constant communication is important it prevents misunderstandings. The team was polite and patient.
They did not show up for the appointment. I am extremely disappointed and upset that that wasted our time. We telework but I did take time off because I had questions and needed undivided attention and focust. This company owes me money!

Your appointment window was 90 minutes. I got a call at the end of that window letting me know that he was running late. No problem, we rescheduled and he told me that i would be his 1st stop between 830 & 9am. I work nights and got up early to meet him. No show. I got a text reminding me that he would be showing up between 1130 & 1pm. This was obviously incorrect information. I texted back and received no text back, call back, email or phone call. I am no longer interested in doing business with your company.
