I’ve used the Real Seal a few times now and have been thrilled with their service. I have sump pits that have higher water tables and they setup a system that everyone raves about when they see it. Recently one of the pumps had a problem and they came out the next day and replaced it immediately as well as filled a crack I wanted to get taken care of. George was fantastic and super nice. He also walked around the property looking for any possible problem spots too.

Everyone seems to do very good work and the products are a good quality. When they say they’re going to be here, they show up pretty much right on time every time. We really appreciate that. They always want to make sure that we are happy with the work that is done and we are.

The Rescon Solutions staff were quick to respond to our request for a quote with sufficient information to make the decision for our basement repair. They scheduled our service in a timely manner, the staff was very friendly and we’ve used their services more than once.
