Very professional. Came when expected, called on the way, kept me abreast of the work, finished on time, cleaned up. Everything looks and operates as expected. Cost of job was fair.

We had work done in our crawlspace, that included sealing 3 cracks and replacing the piping for the sump pump.. The sump pump had not been plugged in after the completion of the work. Unfortunately this was not discovered until 4 months later and the crawlspace flooded. We contacted Real Seal and they stood behind their work and sent a crew over after the water was pumped out.. They removed the covering on the floor and set-up fans to help dry up the floor and walls, as well as temporary lighting. We contacted them again, after it was reasonably dry and another crew came to install a new sealed covering for the floor. All done at Real Seal's expense! While there, a leak was discovered under the I-Beam from recent rains and the same crew patched it the same day for an agreed charge. Arturo and John did an excellent job and we are very satisfied with the result.

Our foundation had developed cracks, and the corner of our house was sinking by nearly 3/4 of an inch. After getting multiple quotes, Real Seal offered a competitive price and appeared to be highly knowledgeable. Their warranty was also the best among all the vendors. They scheduled the work for six weeks later and started on time. The project was set for three days, and they completed everything as planned. The crew was professional, respectful, and did an excellent job cleaning up the area afterward. Highly recommend them!
