Our front entry door is well made, the design we picked is just what we wanted although I am disappointed it is not true stained glass ( I worry about paint fading - stained glass does not) . It is beautiful!

From Steve our salesperson - who we appreciated that he was never pushy - he gave us suggestions and his advice. Our door measurer Steve was efficient and answered all of our questions. Steve and Arthur our installations crew were fantastic! They got in, did the job, no mess and got out. They too answered all of our questions. Lots of Steve's in this process but ALL were fantastic!

The office staff was very helpful also: Lexi, Janice, Ava and Karla.

The option of meeting specific color combination is such a change in the visual impact of each room. Additional warmth and quiet would never be a bad thing in McVay brings it in spades.

The install team was magic. The care for the space and rigors of a second/2-1/2 story replacement project.

The only way I could tell they’d been and done was by enhanced comfort and eye appeal.

The estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tech that came out to work was also extremely friendly, hard-working and willing to answer questions. The pricing seemed fair. The repair work was kept on schedule.

Each person that worked on our project was very professional. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and completed the work in a timely manner.

The gentlemen who came to repair my flooded basement were very nice and did great work. I had a hot water heater brake and flooded my entire basement with over 2 inches of water. My vinyl tile had started to come up and they found asbestos tiles underneath. My entire basement had to be invaded in heavy plastic while the floor was dried and then the asbestos tile scraped up and the glue that help it down. The dust was horrible but none of it got upstairs. My new floor is beautiful and my walls and wood trim were painted to perfection! Nothing was delayed and I am very happy with the work done and the workers who came. all the managers from Allied Restoration, Nationwide Insurance and Thomasville Restoration worked very quick and efficient with each other. We are very happy with our new windows and the major installation was completed in two days with good attention to detail. Following work to touch up interior and minor exterior items was also appreciated. The team of installers and Project Manager were very quality focused. We did have a delay in receiving a replacement for a damaged screen, but this was due to a shipping issue from the factory. Thanks for all the hard work and support!

I absolutely love the new window replacement. The technicians that installed it where fast and done in less than a 1 hour. Since it was winter time when installed, that was perfect for fiming.

We just had ours installed last week, so far we love it! From the salesman, the design engineer, the receptionist and the installation team, everything went smoothly and they were responsive to all our needs. The workers were quick and efficient and they did a great job of cleaning up after, which doesn’t always happen when I’ve had work done. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone.

Doug mentioned a review for Google or Yelp. I explained that I do not do that, but I would try my best. I avoid social media at all times. I prefer not to write a revue but rather let you know that we found the work ethic of the individuals to be what we would expect from any company, but not always the case. They all came here to work and that they did. The end job looks great. I cannot say if it was perfect only because it hadn’t been tested by Mother Nature. It will take a good rain storm to see if all is good. I would recommend your company based on our experience. Your staff was courteous and willing to answer all my questions.

The Real Seal is the Real Deal! During our home inspection, we encountered a foundation issue with a wall tipping in. I received 4 quotes and The Real Seal was by far the best. Manny explained everything in great detail, and we ended up going with the carbon fiber strap solution. He was the only person to identify issues with the prior cracks being filled with foam. He did all the heavy lifting with the team to make the process as seamless as possible, given I'm currently living 1.5 hours away. Manny communicated throughout the entire process and even sent pictures along the way. My home was treated like his Grandmother's home and the workmanship from Tomas and George was top notch. I don't typically write reviews, but this is quite possibly the best service I've received from a contractor. The Real Seal was even able to pull ahead the dates to help get my home listed sooner. 10/10 recommend.

The crew that did our pergola build was terrific. Preston and Chris both are polite, professional, and tradesmen that any contractor, businessman, or homeowner would want to have on their project.
