Well done from start to finish

Joe was great, very fast and explained everything. Also took a look at 2 other cracks in my foundation and gave advice that made sense to me.

What I did not like was being contacted by email that I had a balance due when I did not have a balance due. I paid the technician on the day of service but was contacted three days later saying I had a balance due. Other than that, your service was very good.

Ted did a great job looking at all of our windows and helping us decide which windows to replace this time to match our budget. Ruben and his crew did a great job installing the windows. They kept the rooms clean as they worked and were fast and efficient. Neil Horn did the final inspection and made sure we were happy. Overall, it was a very good experience for us.

And very professional and most definitely affordable prices, I am very pleased and most definitely recommend this company.

Bill does a great job on the design. And your crews are the best. They show up on time, they are very careful and accurate. Very polite. Understand English. Clean up after themselves.
I’ve had two shade structures installed by Royal Covers and they’ve both gone like clockwork and we loved the end result. They say what they’re going to do and then go and do it. No fuss no muss. It’s not easy to find that these days.

Our basement floods almost every year. It usually comes from the bulkhead area and no matter what we’ve done it hasn’t fixed the problem. We decided to call ResCon and the problem is gone. This has been a wet April and May, and every time I went down to the basement, after a storm, I expected to see water in it, but there has been None!

They did it all in a couple of days. Left the place as they found it.

My cracks are filled so far it’s working okay but the true test comes next march

Work was properly planned with the Project Manager. We set a date for the work, and the team executed the work in a clean, timely, and efficient manor. They finished up before about 1” of rain fell in the afternoon😂, so we were pretty thankful!

The Patio cover is fantastic. The installation crew were top notch. Also, it came in 2 weeks ahead of time!

I like the fact that quality materials were used to do the job. The person who did the estimate was available and accessible. Quality materials were used.

It was a difficult job and done well and with courtesy.
