Professional staff

Rescon evaluated the crack in the foundation and gave me a fair and honest quote for the repair. The company was able to bump up the date of the repair by 10 days when an opening appeared in their schedule. Ryan came out to make the repair - he was knowable, efficient, and friendly. He walked me through his whole process, explained the different materials and strategy, and he invited me to check back as often as I liked while he repaired the concrete. Ryan was great with my dogs too! By the time the repair was finished, Ryan had repaired the major fissure and some minor cracks I hadn’t even noticed all well within the time expected for the job to take. Ryan and Rescon went above and beyond what I had expected for this job saving me time and money.

I cannot comment on the quality or durability of the of the product as it has not been tested, in time it will. However, the service was great. They explained what they were doing, did it in a timely manner, and cleaned up as if they were never here.

The two people worked carefully and thoroughly to remove the old bulkhead and install the new one. They even took out old clapboards underneath so the new bulkhead could be placed right against the foundation. For the first time there is not a space where debris can fall inside. They also touched up the paint if anything was scratched or had marks. I would highly recommend this company for bulkhead installations. Very good work.

We recently had sun shades installed on our pergola. The crew came on time, installed abd cleaned up. They did a great job and showed me how to use it.

Team came in early and knocked out the finished product in great time. Compliments have been coming in about the improvement to the space and instead of feeling more enclosed with the cover it actually feels more open and inviting

Jeff & Carlos were great, we were in a hurry up situation and they got to us quickly and a day early. Carlis was fantastic, he sealed our foundation crack and was very professional, neat and clean. I would use Real Seal again if needed and strongly recommend them.

While the fact that your house to starting to fail you can be so incredibly stressful and the settling is impacting so many things on the inside of the house. Floors, walls etc. Childress Brothers made the process transparent, easy to understand and easy to ensure that we are taking care of our home and will hopefully preserve the structure over a long period of time. The staff was kind, caring and easy to work with but most of all patient with us as we made the decision to invest in our home. Giving us the time and space to work through our decision to move forward. Thank you for helping us ensure we have a safe, home where our family will be able to make memories for years to come!

The staff from their sales representative, Dylan, to office staff and tradesmen was very cordial and helpful. The workmen who came to y home were very friendly and helpful. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. It was in all a very positive experience. I would recommend them for future work. In a time where tradesmen do not respond to calls, i.e. return them or follow thru with their claims, this company was a refreshing change.
