Our experience with Royal Covers of AZ was a 10+, from the first contact on scheduling the appointment for a quote and recommendations to following through with submitting and receiving installation approval from our HOA. Royal Covers team always kept us inform with the order process, manufacturing of the product to scheduling the installation. On the week of installation, we received the schedule for our approval and continued receiving updates to the day of installation. The installation team was professional, courteous and left us with exactly what was described in the plans. Our new awning enhanced our home and backyard, plus it allows just the right amount of sunlight. The total experience with the end results was beyond our expectations.
