I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning results I got when my carpets were done in December. Because of their guarantee, they can back out and redid them. I was very satisfied with the 2nd cleaning as I was with my first cleaning. They even got out a red tea stain that happened during the time I waited for them to come back. They are the best. The carpets feel actually clean after the service!! No sticky residue or detergent left over!! I don’t have to worry about my daughter (almost 2yrs) and soon to be born baby crawling around on the floor and getting rashes because all the products are natural!! The smell is amazing and the customer service is second to none!!
