He did a very thorough job if cleaning all carpets on our second story as well as cleaning the upholstery on 2 chairs and 1 ottoman. The product seemed to dry quite quickly and no residue was left.

What a great experience, start to finish! Art and Mark from Zerorez were incredibly friendly, professional, and fully explained their process. They helped me see some parts of our carpet where we had more wear, and what we would do to better protect it for a longer lifespan. I also am very sensitive to cleaning materials, fragrance, etc. and their formulas were extremely gentle while still getting the job done. I would recommend this company to anyone!

On Saturday 12/8 we had Mark clean our carpet and tile. He was early (called to let us know when he would be there), very professional and informative. He surveyed the area and explained the process and what we should expect.
