All the carpets look wonderful sine being cleaned and the system of no residue should help them stay that way longer.

However I think you should devise s system to help protect hardwood floors when workers are dragging hoses and wands over them. There were many scratches left behind. Also when the hoses were pulled around corners, the baseboard paint was chiped where it was painted and there are nicks and scratches where there are wood corners.

Great results and great personnel

Worker was on time, got to work immediately and did fine job. Only suggestion I have - tell workers to have plenty towel rags to wipe up their footprints as they walk on wood floors (or tile)between carpeted areas. Took me some time and effort to clean up his dried footprints (and that's a problem for we seniors).

The lack of harsh chemicals. I have a dog and she for some reason likes to lick carpets, rugs, couches, you name it. Without harsh chemicals I don't have to be concerned that she will get sick from residue left in the carpet from the detergents.

The technician thoroughly explained the process before the service and the end result far exceeded our expectations. We feel comfortable knowing that the Zerorez process isn't leaving behind anything that could be potentially harmful to our family or pets.

Our technician (Trei) called ahead and said he could arrive early if we were ready for him but otherwise could stick to the original appointment time. I appreciated that he gave us a choice and fortunately, we were thrilled he could get there sooner than expected. Trei was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and appeared very knowledgeable about the products and carpet cleaning in general. When Trei left, the carpets already looked 100% better and smelled much better. We just bought our home and were only in town for a couple of days. We'll be returning shortly and will have a better account for whether the cleaning was able to remove the previous owner's pet smells once the carpet has had time to dry and air out a little. Until then, we are most pleased with Trei and Zerorez! Thank you.
