The lack of chemicals.

We are happy with the lack of chemicals & soaps that leave residue in carpets. Last cleaning (a year ago) lasted at least 8 months before needing re-cleaning. Much longer than any other method used in the past. (We should have called for a return earlier, but $$ were scarce.)
Technician was really nice. We enjoyed having him in our home. However, he was not quite as thorough as the previous person - (who I think was the owner of the company!) he did not spend quite as much time suctioning water from the berber carpets in livingroom and hallway, so they took a bit longer to dry than last cleaning. But everything looks good, we are happy!!! Will call again, and have already been trying to get you some new business.

The gentleman Jason that cleaned my carpets was very knowledgeable and professional. My carpets looked brand new again. I used Steam Matic and my carpets within a couple of week look dirty again and they didnt come very clean when they left and they were very stiff. Jason explain why they used to much cleaner. I am very satisfied with the way my carpets turned out very clean no spots. We had a chiwauwau that made pee stains in places I didnt know he peed. Very glad with the results. Thanks again.

Awesome service....The person that performed our service was very informative about what he was doing, how and why he was doing it. We had some very stubborn traffic patterns in our carpet, and he worked very diligently to get them out. Our carpet had not ever been cleaned since we moved in. He was not able to remove all of it, but certainly was able to greatly improve the appearance of the carpet.

Carpets look great - technician very nice. My only complaint was I requsted afternoon appt and he came before noon.
