Your products & services are excellent. However, the next time I will pay by check, not pay by credit card. Reason: Our credit card was hacked 2 hours following payment to Zerorez with American Express. Our credit card number was input into a smart phone for billing by Zerorez. I feel this was not secure & will not risk this happening again.

I was dissatisfied with the job and told the manager who sent someone to redo the job. The first technician was very polite and pleasant but finished up very quickly. The redo tech explained what he was doing, seemed to do a great job and it looks fine now. I was very pleased that the company stands by its work.
