Jordan was our tech and was delightful to have working in our home. He explained everything he was going to do .. and gave us more options, which we're considering, i.e., the protective application, for the next time we see him. The high-traffic areas of our carpeting were looking very bad .. and our previous carpet cleaning experience with another company was disappointing. My husband and I agree that after our Zerorez cleaning, the carpets -- especially the problem areas - look nearly new .... also where the dirt settles along the walls had gotten so bad and that's come out so much better than we ever expected. I bought the $20 bottle of cleaner to keep in the house and have had 2 occasions to use it already and am very pleased. ... After cleaning the carpets, Jordan power-washed our deck and it came out so nice looking again. Jordan was friendly and thorough, but also worked quickly and left everything clean and tidy when he finished. We've been looking for the last 3 years for a carpet cleaning co. to use, as the one we had for so long went out of business. We will most definitely be calling Zerorez for our next cleaning and power-washing (and would also be happy to have Jordan return then if he's available.) Thanks for the opportunity to respond ... I'll be telling all my friends about Z !!
