My tech was AMAZING!!! He was knowledgeable about the product, how it was made, the company as well as what they could provide for our household, and provided helpful insight as to how I could maintain my carpet. He worked EXTREMELY hard the whole time and my carpets now look better than ever! I have used Safe-Dry and some other cleaners before, but this was far and away the best service I have had and definitely the best results. I honestly feel as though some techs just go through the motions when they provide carpet cleaning services, but Shawn's (sp?) work ethic and professionalism were apparent from the beginning. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family! I also would want to note that Shawn is a spectacular employee and one of the reasons why you have another satisfied customer. Chris, the tech, was very helpful and courteous. He did a great job and kept me updated on his status during the cleaning. He took his job seriously and I appreciated that! Also love how the cleaning does not leave unwanted residue - I have a crawler in the house and it's great knowing our floors are clean AND safe.
The service tech had a very pleasant personality and I felt comfortable with him in my home. Being a single person, this is extremely important. After talking to him, I found out your company does a thorough background check on your employees, provides 1 hour of training every morning, and conducts regular drug tests. After hearing this, and how highly the tech spoke about your product, I knew I selected the right company to clean my carpet!! This young man is a 10 in my book!!
