The technician who came to clean the carpets was very professional and personable. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. Since the cleaning was for carpet in my guest house, I was not present during the process. Had I not gone into the house after the cleaning was finished, I would not have seen the puddles and drips of water left on the floor. I met him outside the house to write him a check. I cannot help but wonder if I had not gone into the house if those puddles would have been left on the floors. When I pointed out the puddles, he immediately retrieved a towel from his truck and wiped up the water.
The carpet stays clean longer than when we used other carpet cleaning services.
