I liked that the technician came to my house and was thorough and did his work quickly. The price was set and no add one. I would like to know more about the vacuum that sucks the water out. I was wondering if the vacuum that powerful could pull some of the fibers. I decided when my rug was half dry to leave it in the sun to finish.

They are unbelievable!! Miracle products that achieve not only cleanliness from soiled or stained carpet but also sanitizing the fibers as well. It's important to remember those are separate duties!! To add to that the cleaning process repels any stains or soiling in the future. I cannot wait to schedule my upholstery appointment for the stain treatment for my chairs. The technician Jordan was professional and very knowledgable about the products. Pleasant to have in the home and was confident he did a thorough job. I wrote a fabulous review for the company and the tech in our neighborhood email.
No more urine smell. Carpet has been cleaned multiple times in the past and urine smell and wicking always occured. Not this time. Chris the technician was awesome. Explained the plan to me. Extremely thorough and polite.
