So far your technician cleaned and sealed the tile and grout in one bathroom and took an area carpet back to the shop for special treatment for pet stains. The tile and grout are positively gorgeous! They were both restored to their original color and brightness. Only time will tell if the dealer will do its
job. The rug has been promised in a week.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez and I have been completely happy both times. The carpet feels like brand new, so soft and clean. I also had the stain guard put on it both times and I was really pleased at how it helped keep it clean, and made spills eazy to clean up. I like that you give a specific time that you will come and it is always within that time. Also your employees are very knowledgeable about the products and very courteous. They do and excellent job as well, and in a timely manner. I will use your company again, and again. I highly recommend your company to my friends all the time.

We used Zerorez when we lived in Az. And we were excited to know they are in Nashville as well. The product is incredible at getting the carpets cleaned. We have three large indoor dogs and Zerorez always does a great job cleaning. The employees take excellent care in doing the job and making sure everything is satisfactory before they leave.

I love how knowledgeable Shaun was about the whole process. He came in and was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do and how the system worked. I loved how there was no residue left behind and made the carpets look brand new.

First time user and very happy with the results from beginning to end and for me this was extra special to get a German to do the work ! Alex was wonderful and gave me all the information that I needed in comparing to other services out there . I will reschedule for my upper floors and the near future !
