I love that there are no chemicals!! Only natural products! No strong smell- I am very sensitive to chemicals. They leave my throat burning for hours. There was absolutely not chemical smell with your method. I love using natural products as much as I possibly can. My brother recommended you. He has not used you yet, but said if he was going to have his carpets cleaned he would use you. Then I received a flyer in the mail. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Someone immediately answered the phone when I called. The technician who came explained everything he was going to do very well. He seemed to do a thorough and very careful job. I appreciated that. I am pleased with the results. My carpets definitely look cleaner. Also, he was able to remove a stain I had no success with. Ten years of traffic was starting to take a toll. The carpet is now refreshed.
The technician also took the time to do a small area of bathroom tile to show me what your tile cleaning would do. Wow! My husband and I were impressed. We would not have considered having you do the tile without the demonstration. We hope to have our tile cleaned soon.
