I heard about your company on the radio and looked your company up on the internet. I was impressed by the lady who took my phone call to schedule the cleaning. Our carpets were only 1 yr.old and were not stained or visibly soiled, but with 4 dogs in the home the carpets need maintenance! Joey called before his arrival. He is also a dog lover in addition to being very polite and hard working. I was very impressed with your company from beginning to end. There is no doubt I will use Zerorez again and tell my friends about you.
Zerorez's staff was very courteous and professional. The carept now looks great. The staff showed up on time and called prior to let me know they were twenty minutes out. They explained what they were going to do, gave helpful options and let me know how long it would take to complete the job. I would highly recommend them to a friend.
