He was knowledgeable about the product, how it was made, the company as well as what they could provide for our household, and provided helpful insight as to how I could maintain my carpet. He worked EXTREMELY hard the whole time and my carpets now look better than ever! I have used Safe-Dry and some other cleaners before, but this was far and away the best service I have had and definitely the best results. I honestly feel as though some techs just go through the motions when they provide carpet cleaning services, but Shawn's (sp?) work ethic and professionalism were apparent from the beginning. The technician was professional, asked if there were any areas needing special attention, surveyed the rooms needing cleaning and started working. He was careful with the equipment that it didn't come into contact with walls and carefully laid out the hose and pipe so as not to mark the floors. He recommended a special protective coat from Zerorez to keep dirt on the top of carpet for easy cleaning, and I added this to the job for our motor home. All carpet cleaned looks clean.

Our tech, Chris, knew his stuff and was very service oriented. It was great to NOT have chemicals due to my allergies and my dogs. My carpets look like new.

Sean was awesome. He communicated his arrival time and was right on time. He reviewed the work, explained how and why zerorez is better than "normal" carpet cleaning and provided info on your protection packages which I added. He explained the entire process to me and estimated 1.5hr working time. I left to run some errands and returned slightly before the 1.5hr mark. He was wrapping up when I arrived. He walked me through he house, pointed out some spots we reviewed to show that they all came up except some paint that we both knew would not. Excellent job and service!

Great service at affordable price

Overall a very good job! There are a couple of places of wax drops they told me they would get out but it appears they forget them. I sent in a request to retry but never got a response???
