Your technician was very prompt, very thorough and very knowledgeable about the product and process. We like how it is non-toxic and cleans thoroughly. The cleaning did not take long and dried nicely. Would definitely recommend this company to others.
Works good
You seem to care about being careful around the home and not scratch or ding anything. As far as the products, im not that familiar with them. The method in which my carpets were cleaned seemed to be good. The protection product hasn't been tested in my home yet and I hope that when that time comes that it does what I was told it would do. The pet chemical that was used seemed to get rid of any order that came from the pet urine ( which was only a couple spots ).

After having my home and motor home carpet cleaned by Zerorez I recommended that our church, Bellevue United Methodist, have our 18 year old carpet cleaned. This was done August 3, 2016, and the heavily trafficed areas in halls where tracked-in dirt and spills were very evident, were returned to very satisfactory condition, considering the age of the carpet.
The sanctuary and Christian Life Center, where group meals and drinks are served, will be the next areas we ask Zerorez to clean.

The technician did an excellent job. I do think you should divulge when booking the appointment that protecting the carpet for future wear guard of $25 per room is an extra cost.

The carpets are almost as clean as when they were new. The carpets in our house are 20 years old. We have had them cleaned by the standard carpet cleaners but old stains will reappear. I am sold on Zerorez as the carpets contain no residue. They look clean and they feel clean to walk on when barefoot. We also had our bathroom tile floor cleaned for the first time.
