My tech was AMAZING!!! He was knowledgeable about the product, how it was made, the company as well as what they could provide for our household, and provided helpful insight as to how I could maintain my carpet. He worked EXTREMELY hard the whole time and my carpets now look better than ever! I have used Safe-Dry and some other cleaners before, but this was far and away the best service I have had and definitely the best results. I honestly feel as though some techs just go through the motions when they provide carpet cleaning services, but Shawn's (sp?) work ethic and professionalism were apparent from the beginning. The technician was professional, asked if there were any areas needing special attention, surveyed the rooms needing cleaning and started working. He was careful with the equipment that it didn't come into contact with walls and carefully laid out the hose and pipe so as not to mark the floors. He recommended a special protective coat from Zerorez to keep dirt on the top of carpet for easy cleaning, and I added this to the job for our motor home. All carpet cleaned looks clean.
