Your employee was prompt, clean, well dressed and polite. He was very respectful of our home and property. Never up selling or pushy. Zerorez has cleaned our carpets twice with two different technicians and both were very professional and knew their job. We are very please with the way Zerorez cleaned our carpets.
That they are nontoxic and don't leave a soap residue behind. Alex explained the process he was using and the difference between other companies. He even helped me get an oriental rug up so he could clean the wall to wall carpet. The couple of spots the carpet had came up quickly and thoroughly. i immediately saw an improvement in the looks of the carpet, cleaner spots lighter, and my hardwood was cleaned and a sealer put on to revive the shine. looks very good.
I like that the appointment was scheduled and Zerorez arrived on time...even a little early! There are too many times you count on someone to arrive at a specific time and they don't. Not the case here. Also, the carpet looked noticeably cleaner! Great job!
