This is specific to the service received on January 13, 2017. This was a follow up service in regards to a previous service in November. I just wish the technician that did the work in January (Dave) could be the service technician that everyone gets to see in action.

However, it was my understanding when I booked my service, there was a new lady making my appt., she did not tell me I was to vacuum before the technicians came.

I really like that you don't use a lot of chemicals to clean and that the carpets aren't soaking. We had a technician come out on 12/22/16 and then another tech come back on 12/29/16 and he was awesome! He worked so hard and did an amazing, thorough job. Please let his manager know that he's got a great employee. He was on his hands and knees smelling the carpet where I was concerned, he cared and was genuine.

The product used to clean our carpets worked extremely well. We had a few touch spots and the product removed them.
