The customer service was fantastic from the initial phone call to the follow up reminder to the technician and most importantly my carpets look great when you are finished! I appreciated not being up sold by the tech. I have already posted positive reviews online, so I don't want to continue to publicly share my name… Hence I am not checking the box below.

I highly recommend Zerorez... I've used their services a few times and have always been pleased. They are very professional and courteous... it was a breeze to set up the appointment and they were very helpful in explaining the various services. Kevin showed up promptly during the appointment time slot and also did a great job explaining the job he was about to do. He went above and beyond to make sure his job was done satisfactorily, which it was, and he was super professional and friendly too! I will definitely be using them again when needed!!!
