I didn’t receive the 15% off my bill after giving the “15% off Card” to the technician.

The last time I used Zerorez for my carpets the guy did a phenomenal job.
This time I think the guy forgot to use the machine that fluffs the carpet before he cleaned it. I found a few spots on our downstairs area that had some sticky substance that wasn’t completely removed.

What a great experience! It was difficult getting through to you by phone, but I left my number and you did call me back. From then on your communication was a real service treat! You called the day before the appointment to confirm the date, time, and address and give me an arrival window. Your serviceman called 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way.

Zerorez cleaned 3 bedrooms and our living room. We opted for the bio-treatment in all rooms. We are amazed at how good our carpets turned out! These carpets had been cleaned in the past by two different carpet cleaning companies. Both promised excellent results, but that is not what we got. Zerorez delivered as promised! The carpets look great! No chemical smell, no carpet crunch, no shadows on the high traffic areas.

Once here, he was very thorough both in servicing as well as explaining the process.
