Though our experience this visit was not the best we would still recommend the company. Each time we've used Zerorez the technicians have been very polite and full of knowledge. Chris did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. He was very positive, friendly and polite.
My complaint this time has nothing to do with his service. He got behind on a job earlier in the day which put his schedule way behind. We signed up to have our carpets cleaned between 3-6pm. He didn't arrive until 7pm. We weren't mad at him we would of just liked to know not to take off work at 3 to meet someone when we could of worked until 5pm and still had plenty of time before he got here. Another issue that is really bothering us is he ran out of water during the treatment of our carpet. He asked to use the water in the front of our home to add a few gallons to his truck. We heard the water come on and then we heard it getting turned off when he was done...an hour later. We had no idea he was using our water to fill his whole van. An hours worth of water is a lot of water. Again this does not reflect on the service he provided., He was outstanding. Our visit this time was just much different than last as far as the company being prepared for the job they were hired to do.

This is the cleanest the carpet has been since it was new.

They are on time and hold to their price. No surprise charges.

We love Zerorez - the guys who come out to clean our floors are top notch and very polite. The carpets look fabulous and are super clean, almost like new. We had our tiled powder room cleaned and now it looks brand new. We also appreciate the day-before-reminder call.

We just moved into a new house but after close I noticed there were a few spots on the carpet. One was BBQ sauce the other looked like orange juice and the third was a pet stain. I didn’t have much hope that any of them would come up bc they were old stains.

I walked Kevin through the house and he told me red, brown and yellow were the hardest stains to get out. So I told him to do his best and prepared myself for the worst. 20 minutes later he was finished, and asked me to see them before he treated the entire upstairs and basement with scotch guard which I thought was very nice. In the past other co would have spotted, treated and have been on their way but not zerorez which I appreciated. Much to my surprise all 3 tough stains were gone. I couldn’t even see an outline of where the stain had even been. I was estatic!! My entire carpets looked completely brand new.

Thank you thank you thank you Kevin for taking your time and doing it right the first time. For being uber careful not to have the equipment mark the walls, and treating my home as if it were your own and making my carpet stain free and look brand new again.

Would I recommend zerorez and use them again? You bet I would. They have earned my business for life!

Zerorez surpasses all expectations! Two days before I called them, I purchased the best carpet cleaning machine for home use you can buy. I spent 5 hours cleaning and re-cleaning the carpets. My wife was so displeased as the carpets just got grayer. All I did was spread around the dirt. I felt like I had wasted so much time. Then I remembered Dave Ramsey's endorsement and went online to read about Zerorez. I was astonished to learn how uneducated I was about carpet cleaning. Ouch! Their purified water system which allows cleaning to be achieved without detergents seemed to make sense. So I called them out to test clean the area I just cleaned two times. Unbelievable results. We were previously told that the "gray" would never come out of our 11 year old carpets by other carpet cleaner representatives. Zerorez sent Alex out to clean. He is a machine! Our carpets look just as if they are brand new! NO GRAY! They had one spot that needed to be done once again and immediately came right back when called. Great customer service, great service guys, and great warranty. I highly recommend!

Chris and Bj came to clean my carpets and I was very satisfied with their professionalism. They inspected my carpet , and explained their cleaning procedure before they stated cleaning. After cleaning my carpets dried faster and now feels softer. I would use zerorez again.

They did a great job explaining the service and the carpets - which are 20 years old - look really good now. however, part of the carpet was up an open staircase and we did find water on the floor and some plants below the staircase after the technicians left.

It was a quick appointment and our technician was very friendly and answered all of our questions!
