Neighbor stopped at my drive while the tech and I was standing there, and ask if he had a card. I told my neighbor that he had worked a miracle. The technician Alex walked through the house room by room prior to cleaning. He answered all my questions. He used great care with our furniture. It was AMAZING to watch my 10 year old carpets and high traffic rug look brand new again. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family!

Charles Last name removed was our technician and was so great! He called and asked if he could come early, which I was so happy about. He listened to my complaints from our previous treatment (we paid extra for an additional service and so absolutely no benefit from it), and he offered to repeat that additional service and not charge us for it. To me, that was phenomenal customer service. He was very professional and kind. He did a thorough job and my carpets look better than they have since we moved in.
