The customer service I received from everyone involved from obtaining an estimate to the technicians that physically came to our locations and did the actual cleaning of the carpets was beyond all expectations! Customer service is greater sometimes than the actual services rendered in my opinion and Zerorez did not disappoint in this area. The carpets were clean and fresh smelling and dried quickly without any sticky or crunchy feeling as with others. Its Zerorez for life for me and you can bet I'll be telling anyone who wants to hear!
